• Custom Molds

All custom molds are guaranteed against workmanship defects, as determined by Graphite Customs. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Graphite Customs.
Please note that Graphite Customs does not perform product testing and cannot guarantee performance in any specific application. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their intended use.

• Production Molds​​

All production molds are covered for any workmanship errors as determined by Graphite Customs. Production molds may be returned if unused and in new condition within three months of purchase. Return Shipping will be at the cost of the customer.​
