Design

The furnace features a user-friendly design, combining aesthetics with ease of operation. Its exterior is coated with high-temperature powder coat technology, ensuring resilience to high temperatures, oxidation, and resistance to acids and alkalis.

Furnace shell  structure

The electric furnace shell incorporates a double-layer forced air cooling structure, ensuring optimal operation at high temperatures while maintaining the external shell temperature close to room temperature. This design minimizes the risk of injuries.

Temperature control

The electric furnace utilizes integrated circuitry and module control, featuring double circuit protection mechanism. These include partial temperature protection, ultra-high temperature protection, coupling protection, overcurrent protection, and overpressure protection, among other safety functions. This comprehensive approach ensures the stable, reliable, and safe operation of the electric furnace.

Furnace Chamber material

Incorporating the world's most advanced light alumina ceramic fiber, our electric furnace boasts exceptional thermal insulation properties. It is lightweight, exhibits high temperature resistance, and remains durable in the face of cold and heat variations. With a resistance to cracking, crystallization, and slag formation, there's no concern about product pollution during firing. Moreover, this technology delivers an impressive energy-saving effect, achieving 60-80% efficiency compared to traditional electric furnaces.

Furnace chamber design

The furnace features a stepped assembly structure, strategically incorporating mechanical principles to ensure uniform force distribution during the heating process. This design effectively prevents heat dispersion, thereby extending the service life of the furnace.
